I found the hotel staff helpful and cute. The room size was just right for a city hotel, it featured great maintenance. I especially enjoyed the location! Many attractions were within walking distance, including dining options.
One minor issue involved street noise audible even with the windows shut. I really needed a quieter room. Despite requesting one at check-in, it remained unresolved.
